We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Back Serenity. If you are not, you may be eligible for a refund or exchange under the following terms:

Returns

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

• Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• To initiate a return, contact us at thedropply@gmail.com with your order number.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• Approved refunds will be credited to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the product arrives defective or damaged.

Exchanges

• We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same product, contact us within 14 days.

Non-Returnable Items

• Clearance items, promotional products, and gift cards cannot be returned.
